1. Eligibility

1. This Contest is open to residents of India aged 18 years or above.
2. NOT ELIGIBLE: The employees, agents, associates, and promoters of Asandas and Sons Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies (including their immediate family members), and all others directly associated with organizing the Contest are not eligible to participate. The employees related to Reward Port or any other party related to Reward port are not eligible to participate.
3. Purchase of Product is necessary to participate in the contest.
4. The Game of Chance game is not valid in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry due to applicable state laws. Residents of these regions are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. A separate game, of Game of skill is specifically for these regions in accordance with local laws.

2. Contest Period

1. The Contest will run from 22nd July 2025 to 25th th Oct 2025, both dates inclusive.
2. Asandas and Sons Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to alter, extend, or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion.
3. The offer shall be valid for limited stock

3. Eligible Products

4. How to Participate

1. Buy any of the above-mentioned participating product packs with the "Scan & Win" promo printed on them.
2. Scan the QR code on the pack to land on the official Contest microsite.
3. Fill in your:
   1. Full Name, Mobile No, Email Id, State, City, Channel of Purchase
   2. Upload a valid purchase invoice that clearly shows:
   3. The eligible product
   4. Date of purchase
   5. Retailer name
4. Multiple entries are allowed per mobile number as long as each entry is supported by a unique, valid invoice. Note: Multiple Purchase entries do not increase chances of winning
5. However, each participant can win only once during the Contest period.

5. Winner Selection & Prizes

1. 5 Daily Winners will be selected using a randomizer tool and will receive a Borosil Prima Pro 10L OTG oven.
2. 1 Weekly Winner will be selected using a randomizer tool and will receive a 22k 1gram gold coin.
3. Prizes will be delivered to the winners’ addresses that the customer will share after winning.
4. The winners will be announced on the microsite. Reward Port will directly call the winners and inform them about that they have won the respective Prizes.

6. Prize Details

1. The OTG oven is a Borosil Prima Pro 10L model and will be delivered in right & working conditions with a valid warranty card. Customer will not get Borosil invoice.
2. Asandas and Sons Private Limited is not liable for any defect or quality issues related to the OTG oven. All warranty-related claims should be made directly to Borosil Ltd. by the participant.
3. The gold coin will be of 22k 1gram weight and of certified purity.

7. Claim Process & Forfeiture

1. If a selected winner:
   1. Must provide valid government-issued ID proof and other documents upon request for verification
   2. Gold winners must provide PAN card to Reward Port so that it can be shared with Hyfun Foods and Hyfun Foods can bear the TDS on winner’s behalf. If Winner is not ready to provide the same and the other necessary documents, Reward Port will drop the candidate as a winner and chose another candidate.
   3. Is unreachable after four contact attempts, OR o Fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the end of the Contest
2. The prize will be deemed forfeited, and Asandas and Sons Private. Limited. may dispose of the prize at its sole discretion.

8. Additional Information

1. Packs without this promotional offer may also be available in the market.
2. Only invoices dated within the Contest period and containing eligible products will be accepted.
3. Fake, tampered, or reused invoices will result in disqualification.
4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. Privacy Policy

1. Participant data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Company’s [Privacy Policy – link].
2. Personal information will only be used for administration of this Promotion and not for any other purpose without consent.
3. The brand can reach out to the winners in future for any brand related purpose.

10. General Conditions

1. By participating, you grant Asandas and Sons Private Limited. the right to use your name, photo, and entry details for promotional purposes without additional consent or compensation.
2. The decision of the Company and its agency regarding winner selection shall be final and binding.
3. Asandas and Sons Private Limited. reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Contest at any time without prior notice.
4. Asandas and Sons Private Limited shall not be responsible for any network failures, lost entries, or other circumstances beyond its control
5. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject entries or winners that do not comply with these Terms
6. All applicable tax (TDS) on the gold coin prize will be borne by HyFun and not the customer. If chosen as a winner the Reward Port will be HyFun and HyFun will make the tax payments on behalf of the winner.
7. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation or acceptance of any prize
8. This promotion is governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
